First Date
October 6, 2023In Fall of 2023 we met the "old fashioned way" - online! Our first date was at Chuy's Tex Mex and we talked about our dogs, travel, running and Alex's PhD program.

December 17, 2023We survived the Texas winter (and the crowds!) to see the lights at Santa’s Wonderland.

February 22, 2024It only took one trip on the Carnival Breeze to realize that we were both in the same boat: totally in love.

Beach Getaway
July 22, 2024We took a trip to Alex’s favorite city, Galveston, and brought the dogs along for the ride. There’s nothing quite like a summer weekend on the island with our favorite four-legged companions!

Lake Tahoe
November 24, 2024Our trip to Lake Tahoe was a blur of gorgeous views and cold toes! After riding the gondola to see the lake from above, we spent the weekend defrosting in the hot tub.

Orange Beach
July 1, 2025Our July 4th week was spent in Orange Beach, surrounded by family, sand, and plenty of Vitamin Sea. It was the perfect coastal getaway!
